Gratitude is one of many positive emotions. It's about focusing on what's good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have. Gratitude is pausing to notice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, even internet access.
There are infinite number of benefits by practicing gratitude every day, from better health to better mindset, every single thing in your life will change after you truly feel grateful for what you have in the present moment.
That's why this is the 1st Step of Our Mission (#takeaction2023), so that you start this year with whatever you are grateful for & then visualize what your life to be in 2023 to make this mission a success.

Use Your Vision Board :
On Your Vision Board, place a picture of people & other things you are most grateful for which will remind you to practice gratitude every day, this will not only improve your relationships with people & life but also inspire you to take more action on your goals & help others in need like (feeding strays, sponsor a child's education, donate food & be kind to others).
Note Down on Your Whiteboard :
You can always write down top 3 things you are grateful for that day in the corner of your whiteboard, which will help you focus on things that you want to accomplish more.
If you write gratitude journal, then you can mention the task on your Wall Mounted Whiteboard or 2-in-1 Whiteboard so that it reminds you to write in your journal & don't miss it like other important tasks.

I think it's hard to attract & manifest what you want if you are not already grateful for where you're at, with what you currently have, you may not be satisfied with your life but you got to find the things you're grateful for.
